Klaviyo - BigCommerce Set Up

An e-commerce client was migrating from an outdated Yahoo store to a BigCommerce site. We decided that Klaviyo was the best ESP for them because of the robust Klaviyo-BC integration. Following the site migration we set up an optimized Abandon Cart flow, 3 different Post Purchase Customer Journeys segmented based on specific audience data, and sent a newsletter utilizing dynamic content with personalized product recommendations.

After the first full month of BigCommerce automation emails running, revenue from email was up 130% month over month. The newsletter was the top revenue driving email ever sent by the company bringing in over $75K.
